This bestseller is named after the first century hostess with the mostess we meet in Luke 10:41. Worried and busy in her kitchen, Martha complains to Jesus that her sister Mary wasn't helping her and Jesus kindly reminders her to relax and that her sister Mary has chosen better by sitting and listening to him. It appears that Martha took Jesus' words to heart because a few chapters later she gives one of the greatest professions of faith in all of scripture.
Saint Martha, pray for us that we too might find time in our busy day to listen to Jesus and spend time with him.
Martha, Martha is the perfect magenta, it has no sparkle or shimmer.
